His practice includes drafting and negotiating the necessary legal documents, drafting and negotiating energy trade agreements (including but not limited to EFET agreements), pursuing necessary licensing procedures and representing clients before courts and relevant authorities.

In 2007, Özlem graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University and in 2011 she received her LLM degree from the University of Cologne with a dissertation entitled “Establishing an Energy Exchange in Turkey: EEX as a Model” from the University of Cologne in 2011.

Duygu Tuncer provides consultancy and advocacy services to domestic and foreign clients on Corporate Law, Contracts Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Projects. She has gained extensive experience in corporate law, contract law, finance law, intellectual property law, electronic commerce law, consumer law and consumer law in relation to the preparation of all contracts, negotiation processes, establishment of domestic and foreign business partnerships within a well-known holding company operating in the media, advertising, betting, energy, defense and aviation sectors, where she previously served as legal counsel. She also has special knowledge in representing companies in the area of labor law (in particular personal data and anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws) and monitoring compliance processes.
Duygu holds a law degree from Istanbul Bilgi University and subsequently specialized in commercial and corporate law at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
He is also a registered mediator with the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice.
